About Me

Hi! I’m Roopan K. Sidhu, and I am a Nurse, Advocate, Educator, Trauma & Resilience Life Coach, and Miss California USA Semifinalist. I founded Zero for Change with the intention to help women feel heard, seen, and supported.

My approach to deliver blends my background in healthcare, public speaking, and advocacy to deliver purposeful, impactful, and moving educational sessions to deliver the tools needed for young girls and women to enhance their communication skills and own their voice. My goal is to create more supportive spaces for women to find strength and value in their voices and and to reach their full potentials.

ZFC Mission

Zero for Change is a global initiative dedicated to empowering women and young girls through strengthening their voice, communication, and self-expression skills. This initiative provides meaningful community workshops and programs that strengthen self-confidence, voice clarity, and communicative delivery.

Zero for Change focuses on meaningful impact — through interactive sessions, trauma-informed spaces, and a women empowerment approach, we help participants discover their ability to communicate unapologetically and take up spaces needed to enhance their success. By committing to these principles, Zero for Change aims to create a world that removes the invisible barriers that prevent women from owning their communication skills and thriving in their lives.
